Grammy-winning rapper Doechii finally dropped the music video for “Anxiety” on April 18, 2025, more than a month after the single hit streaming platforms. Directed by James Mackle for Adele Drive, the video follows the artist as she is caught in a surreal, anxiety-fueled hell loop. Doechii is tossed, dragged, and flung through her trembling house as everything spirals out of control.From a stove bursting into flames to almost stepping into cracks on the wooden floor, and even a random elephant appearing outside, every bizarre moment is a physical manifestation of her anxiety.
